I believe Gabrielli Sonatas & Ricercari are published by the Hortus Musicus division of Barenreiter, I own a copy of that edition and it is excellent. Have you checked it?
I am not aware that Scarlatti wrote sonatas for cello & BC. Nevertheless, I own an oldest, wrinkled, edition of three sonatas arranged for cello and piano from my student days. Will try to find it and see if I can do something about it!
